Just steps from the river-front bike path, this peaceful 2,225 square foot, 4 bedroom, 3 bath family- and dog-friendly home has it all (even a hot tub, air conditioning (AC), and 10 SHARC passes!).

Come enjoy all the rooms in our house:

- Bedroom 1: The "Deer Den" - the spacious primary bedroom is on the main floor. The room opens with french doors for a wider opening. It has a king-sized bed, its own private bathroom with a large shower and jacuzzi tub, a TV with ChromeCast, and a walk-in closet. It has a twin bed inside for extra sleeping if needed and also has plenty of space to set-up the provided pack n' play if needed. The window overlooks the peaceful backyard, which you can enjoy while you sit around the cozy gas fireplace! **While we now have central AC, please note this room was an addition and has its own heating and doesn’t receive the central AC. It does have a portable AC unit if you need it (we usually set it up for you in the summer) and also if you keep the doors open during the day gets some from the central unit.

- Bedroom 2: The "Bear Cave" - the second bedroom is also on the main floor, and includes a queen-sized bed. The main floor bathroom with shower is right outside the door. It has a window overlooking the very peaceful backyard. This room also has a TV with Chromecast. This room has a standard closet with a fan inside.

- Bedroom 3: The "Horse Haven" - the third bedroom is upstairs and includes a king-sized bed and a twin bed. This room shares the third bathroom right down the hall upstairs with Bedroom 4. This room boasts a massive 75" TV with Chromecast and a blu-ray player, and has a standard closet.

- Bedroom 4: The "Owl's Nest" - the fourth bedroom is the bunk room for all the kids to have a slumber party in! It includes two twin-over-full bunkbeds, so has 2 twin beds and 2 full beds in it. This room is also on the second floor, and is adjacent to the upstairs bathroom. This room has a standard closet with a fan and toys inside. This room also has a whopping 75" TV in it with Chromecast and a blu-ray player along with a Wii U with games.

- Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen includes everything you might need, including a blender, crock pot, waffle maker, coffee maker (regular Mr. Coffee drip style), dishwasher, wine glasses, knives, cutting boards, and plenty of pots/pans/cooking utensils. Some spices and basics like aluminum foil, wax paper, coffee filters, etc. are also included.

- Dining Room: The dining table seats 8+ easily, and kids can easily squeeze in on the bench to fit more. Perfect for not only big family dinners but also for playing the many board games or putting together the many puzzles! The breakfast bar also seats 2-3 and is right next to the dining table for the "kids table".

- Living Room: The spacious living room features a couch and loveseat to relax on while watching yet ANOTHER 75" TV (yep, my husband won this argument!) with ChromeCast and a blu-ray player. The house comes with plenty of DVDs to choose from for movie nights. The TV is usually logged in to some sort of streaming service as well (unless someone logs us out!).

- Laundry Room: The laundry room connects the garage to the house and includes a washer and dryer. Laundry soap included.

- Garage: Welcome to your rec room! The garage includes a ping pong table and foosball table, and you'll also find pickleball rackets and balls, tennis rackets, basketballs and footballs, a stroller (a BOB!), and bikes for the whole family, including adult bikes, kids' bikes, kids' tag-a-long bike attachment, and a kids' trailer bike attachment. Go use those 30 miles of bike trails (but please use the bikes at your own risk and wear a helmet!)! Please note that while we try to keep them in tip top condition guests can be hard on the bikes so they may be in varying states!

- Yard: The deck has several chaise lounge chairs as well as a dining table for enjoying your meals outside, which you can cook on the gas BBQ grill. This house is on a quarter acre lot, so sit back and relax and enjoy all that peaceful nature and privacy! The deck is a great spot for watching the kids ride their bikes around the circle (very few cars!). Out here you will also find our brand new hot tub, perfect for relaxing in while watching the amazing view of the stars.

- Front yard: We have some grass - great for pups (please pick up after them!) and kids! There is also plenty of paved parking in the driveway for 4 vehicles in a 2x2 fashion.

- Kid-Friendly: This house has everything your kids need! A pack n' play, a tag-a-long bike attachment, a bike trailer attachment, tons of games, baskets of toys, kids' books, a Wii U, lots of movies, a kids' potty seat, a step stool, a stroller, a full-size high chair, a ping pong table, and a foosball table - what more could your kids want?

- Pup-Friendly: This house has everything your dog needs! Water and food bowls in the laundry room, grass in the front, and a dog bed in the primary closet, plus a walking path along the river practically right off your front yard!

Bonus: This home comes with 10 SHARC passes to enjoy the amazing aquatic facility (indoor year-round and outdoor seasonal), tennis courts, pickleball courts, disc golf, etc.

**Our cleaners use CDC-standard cleaning products (hospital-grade cleaning supplies) and take extra precautions during each clean to ensure all high-touch surfaces as well as all major surfaces are sanitized. **

**There is a Ring doorbell security camera looking out at the street, this is used for monitoring maintenance activities and not used for monitoring guests.

Please note - our cabin was built in 1981 - it is not brand new and will not be perfect, but you will have tons of fun and make lots of memories! It won't be perfect, but it will be fun!
