3BR/3BA | Hot Tub +SHARC +AC +Pool Table+Ping Pong

The Lassen Lodge is a family- and dog-friendly cozy cabin that has it all, including air conditioning/AC (new in May, 2023!) and a hot tub (new in October, 2023!)! We also just got brand new floors downstairs and new carpet upstairs (November, 2024)! Come stay at our cabin and enjoy all Sunriver has to offer - swimming at the SHARC, ice skating (winter) or miniature golfing (summer) in the Village, horseback riding, star gazing, and more! Go hiking at Benham Falls or Lava Lands or bike riding on the 30+ miles of trails! Hit the breweries of Bend or take to the slopes skiing at Mt. Bachelor! And after all of it, come back to enjoy the amenities at the Lassen Lodge!

Come enjoy all the rooms in our home:

- Bedroom 1: This is the primary bedroom with a king-sized bed located on the second floor. It has its own private bathroom with a large shower, a TV with cable, a blu-ray DVD player, and ChromeCast, and a walk-in closet with a fan inside. It also has a twin bed for lounging or extra sleeping space for the kids, and space to set-up the provided pack n' play if needed.

- Bedroom 2: This bunk room has a full-over-full bunk bed (two double beds) plus one twin bed (five kids or three adults can sleep fairly comfortably). It's great for the kids to have a slumber party! This room is also on the second floor, adjacent to the primary, and has the second bathroom right outside that has a bathtub. This room has a standard closet with a fan, pack n' play, booster seat, and toys inside.

- Bedroom 3: This room is on the main floor, has a queen size bed, and has the third bathroom right outside with a smaller shower. It has a window overlooking the front yard and is very easily accessible for anyone with mobility issues (the room even has french doors for a wider opening). This room also has a TV with cable and a blu-ray DVD player and a Sega Genesis videogame system. This room has a standard closet with a fan inside.

- Loft: The loft upstairs right outside the kids' bunk room offers a TV with a blu-ray DVD player, ChromeCast, and a Wii U well equipped with games to play. Kids can hang out on the small futon couch up there playing games, which can also be used for extra sleeping space if needed.

- Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen includes everything you might need, including a blender, crock pot, waffle maker, coffee maker (regular Mr. Coffee drip style) and coffee grinder, dishwasher, wine glasses, knives, cutting boards, and plenty of pots/pans/cooking utensils. Some spices and basics like aluminum foil, wax paper, coffee filters, etc. are also included.

- Dining Room: The dining table seats 6 easily, and comes with two leaves that can extend the table as needed to seat 8+. Perfect for not only big family dinners but also for playing the many board games or putting together the many puzzles! The breakfast bar also easily seats 3 and is right next to the dining table for the "kids table". There are 8 dining chairs in the house and 3 swivel chairs at the bar (great for breakfast for the kids!).

- Living Room: This cozy living room features a couch and loveseat to relax on while watching the fire in the fireplace or the TV with cable, ChromeCast, and a blu-ray player. Pick up firewood at the walkable store (we love to get those duraflame logs!) to add to the atmosphere! There is also a small desk in case you need to do some work (we have wi-fi - Zoom-tested!) or just as a place for the kids to color (coloring books and markers included!).

- Laundry Room: Large laundry room connecting the dining room to the garage with washer, dryer, and utility sink. Laundry soap is included!

- Garage: Welcome to the fun! 🤩 We added painted floor epoxy in 2020 and it is complete with a couch, ping pong table, pool table, and air hockey table, you'll also find pickleball rackets and balls, tennis rackets, basketballs and footballs, a stroller, and bikes for the whole family, including a TANDEM BIKE (yes!), some other adult bikes, some kids' bikes, 1 kids' tag-a-long bike attachment, and 1 kids' trailer bike attachment. Go use those 30 miles of bike trails (but please use the bikes at your own risk and wear a helmet!)! **Unfortunately the garage is not heated in the winter.**

- Backyard: The deck has a full-length bench that seats the whole family, plus a dining table for enjoying your meals outside, which you can cook on the gas BBQ grill. Enjoy star gazing from the new hot tub off the back of the house. This house is on a quarter-acre lot, so sit back and relax and enjoy all that peaceful nature and privacy!

- Front yard: We have grass! Great for pups (please pick up after them!) and kids and a rarer find in Sunriver! Plenty of paved parking in the driveway for 4 vehicles in a 2x2 fashion.

- Kid-Friendly: This house has everything your kids need! A pack n' play, a booster seat, a tag-a-long bike attachment, a bike trailer attachment, tons of games, baskets of toys, kids' books, a Wii U, Sega Genesis, lots of movies, sippie cups and kids silverware, plates, and cups, a kids' potty, a step stool, a stroller, a full-size high chair, a ping pong table, pool table, and air hockey - what more could your kids want?

- Pup-Friendly: This house has everything your dog needs! Water and food bowls in the laundry room, grass in the front, and a dog bed in the garage (or primary closet), plus a walking path right off the spacious backyard!

Bonus: This home comes with 8 SHARC passes to enjoy the amazing aquatic facility (indoor year-round and outdoor seasonal), tennis courts, pickleball courts, disc golf, etc.

*Please note: Our cleaners use CDC standard cleaning products (hospital-grade cleaning supplies) and take extra precautions during each clean to ensure all high-touch surfaces as well as all major surfaces are sanitized.

**There is a Ring doorbell security camera looking out at the street, this is used for monitoring maintenance activities and not used for monitoring guests.
